The temperature recorder should be placed inside a carton of grapes midway up the pallet. The carton must then be marked to identify where the temperature recorder is. Temperature recorders, with direct contact to the pro ducers, will be deemed ‘communicated to producers’ and not be managed. Thermacouple wires are not allowed into Stores, these wires must be removed before supply. WARNING

Pallet marking on PACKING LIST EXAMPLE ONLY

The pallet must be clearly marked on all four sides to identify that it contains the temperature recorder.

Record this pallet on the packing list that you send to Origin Fruit Group.
