Olympic GRAPE Packing Guide

Place the punnet on scales to guide packing, ensuring the tare weight is set to 0. Ideally, a single primary bunch should be placed in the punnet, filling it appropriately. Orient all bunches with the stalks towards the base and the berries towards the top to enhance the punnet’s appearance. A small ‘make-up’ bunch may be added to reach the required weight, but make-up bunches must contain at least three berries. Loose berries must not be packed.

BUNCH SPECIFICATION FOR PUNNET FORMATS: 500G The punnet may contain up to three primary bunches and one additional bunch with more than three berries. No loose berries should be included. Color distribution should be approximately 50%:50%, but must not exceed a 60%:40% ratio for either colour.
