PUNNET PREPARATION

PUNNETS

Position the stems downward for a more appealing punnet presentation.

Place the main bunches, with a maximum of three bunches, STEM-DOWN into the punnet. You may fill the punnet with an additional bunch that contains more than three berries.

Avoid overfilling the punnet to prevent crushing and bruising the berries. Punnets must not be OVERPACKED .

Cut the bunch just below the second, third, or fourth lateral.
