DANCE CLUB This year, the dance club has shown unwavering dedication to producing high-quality performances. Not only have they inspired the students at La Rochelle with their creative choreography and intense preparations, but they have succeeded in providing a unique form of entertainment you couldn’t possibly get anywhere else. The dance club was honoured to perform at the 4M Athletics, where a mixture of vibrant culture and music spoke through dance. The club was cast in the school play Secret Cities, which performed at The Playhouse Drama Festival and the Tygerberg International Eisteddfod. The play was also performed at KunsteVenster. These performances were the highlights of the dancing year. The team showed exceptional teamwork and a great passion for their art. We want to extend our gratitude to our amazing teacher, Ms Nel, who always believed in us and made every effort to ensure that there was always an opportunity for us to dance. “Dance first, think later.
