The first quarter of the 2025 season produced a mix of strong performances and learning experiences across various age groups. Some teams faced tough competition but we also saw notable victories and improvements, especially in the U14A and U15A divisions. • Jason Murray Festival: U14A team secured 5 th place overall. • Jason Murray Festival: The U15A team achieved multiple victories. • The U19A team managed an impressive victory against Grey College A. The U19A team delivered a mixed set of results at the Grey College Water Polo Tournament, showcasing skill and resilience. After a challenging start against strong opponents Jeppe and Glenwood, the team bounced back with a thrilling 10 - 1 victory over Grey College A; a definite highlight of the tournament. Their attacking prowess was on full display in a commanding 20 - 3 win against Grey College B, proving what they can achieve when they hit their stride. The contest against Stirling was a nail-biter, ending in a narrow 5 - 6 loss decided by a last-minute goal. The U14A Water Polo team put in a strong performance at the Jason Murray Festival, securing 5 th place overall. Some dominant wins, especially against Grey High (9 - 1), Merrifield (12 - 0), and Selborne College (3 - 0) in the placement match, show that the team has real potential. The narrow 2 - 3 loss to St. Andrews and the quarter final defeat to Grey High (1 - 3) must have been tough, but it’s clear the boys fought hard throughout the tournament.
