PHOTO 4. A simple two-wire hedge system was used to form the goblet of this Grenache noir bush vine about 50 cm above the soil surface. Two short arms keep the vine upright. The single canopy wire, 20 cm above the cordon wire, helps to keep the shoots in an upright position.
