Rich, spicy and sweet. Soft, juicy flesh with fibers.
Bright yellow skin with green over tones. Oblong and sigmoid S-shape.
SHAPE:
MIN BRIX: 10° - 16° | Stage 2 - 3 RIPENING: Green tones fade, and the yellow
deepens to a golden hue as the Francis ripens. Gently squeeze to assess ripeness.
