How to pack the box

BOX BULK

Place one end of the box on a raised platform at an angle of approximately 30°, at this angle the packing will be made significantly easier.

Place the Sulphur Pad over the top of the carton, with the top glossy printed side away from the grape.

Place the bubble pad in the base of the carton.

Gently pull the liner over one side. Pull the other side over and stick the liner together with a piece of blank white tape.

Place the liner in the carton. Ensuring that it fills the inside of the carton. The top section should be wrapped around the outside of the card, to not interfere with later packing.

Fold the top ends and secure with tape to finish the carton.

Push to corners

PLEASE DO NOT use long sections of sticky tape, as it makes it difficult to open and slows down production. PLEASE DO NOT use tissue paper. If tissue paper is used it must be on to of the sulphur pad, not beneath it. IF BOTTOM SULPHUR PADS ARE USED , these are placed inside the liner, beneath the grapes. Only in case of Storage Program.

Place the first three to four bunches vertically along bottom of the carton, with the stem facing upwards.

Place the next row of above the first. Taking care to gentle lay the bunch over the ones below.
