Olympic GRAPE Packing Guide

TEMPERATURE RECORDER

All consignments, whether by lorry or container, must include a temperature recorder. This recorder should be placed inside a carton of grapes positioned midway up the pallet, with the carton clearly marked to indicate its location. The pallet must also be marked on all four sides to identify that it contains the temperature recorder, ensuring easy recognition. Additionally, this pallet must be recorded on the PACKING LIST sent to Olympic Fruit.
