10 X 500G · Tilt one end of the box onto a raised surface at an angle of around 30°. · Place a bubble pad at the base of the carton. · Insert the liner, ensuring it fits snugly inside. · Align the rilleted line around the rim of the carton, using the “Pull to Display” marking as a guide. · Place the first two punnets horizontally in the bottom right-hand corner of the box. · Continue arranging the punnets horizontally until all 10 are securely placed within the carton. 4.5KG MIXED BOX · Prop one end of the box on a raised surface at a 30° angle to facilitate packing. · Place a bubble pad on the bottom of the carton. · Insert the liner so it fits properly within the box. · Include 6–8 approved carry bags or polycote paper bags, each weighing between 400g and 800g. · Arrange the bags neatly to avoid bruising or damage. · Add the Sulphur and MAM sheets on top before sealing the carton. · Ensure the box-end label contains all the required details. PACKING THE BOX 4.5KG BOX
BULK PACKING · Tilt one end of the box on a raised platform at an angle of about 30°. · Place a bubble pad in the base of the carton. · Insert the liner so it lines the interior and extends over the top edges. · Position three or four bunches vertically along the bottom of the carton, with their stems pointing upwards. · Add the next row of bunches above, carefully laying them over the ones below to prevent any damage to the produce. FINISHING ACROSS ALL FORMATS · Place a Sulphur Pad over the top of the contents, ensuring the glossy printed side faces away from the grapes. · Pull one side of the liner over the contents, followed by the other, and secure them together with a piece of plain white tape. · Fold and tape down the top edges of the liner to neatly finish the carton.
PLEASE DO NOT use long sections of sticky tapeand tissue paper. If tissue paper is used it must be on to of the sulphur pad, not beneath it. If bottom sulphur pads are used, these are placed inside the liner, beneath the grapes. Only in case of Storage Program.
