Receives Cum Laude for Grade 12 English Poetry 97% and Silver for English Dramatised Prose 82%. Announced as a top achiever in the speech and drama category in English Poetry in the Western Cape. Participates in the Paarl Valley Eisteddfod in July. Receives Cum Laude for Grade 12 for English Poetry and Monologue, Gold + for English Dramatised Prose. Category winner for Best English Dramatised Prose Gr.8-12. Certificate for dedication, enthusiasm and participation in drama. She participated in the Proscenium Drama Competition’s first elimination round. Out of 600 participants, she qualified for the Semi-Final round as one of the top 70 students in the country.
